Rebecca Del Rossi, Program Specialist
As Program Specialist at FUTURES, Rebecca contributes a variety of technical assistance and training initiatives including the Institute for Leadership in Education Development (I-LED), Supporting Organizational Sustainability Institute, and Promoting Employment Opportunities for Survivors of Trafficking Project. Prior to her work at FUTURES, Rebecca served as a Jesuit Volunteer/Americorps member doing domestic and sexual violence prevention education for youth and teens in Idaho. She graduated from Villanova University majoring in Political Science and Peace & Justice. In her spare time she enjoys doing pottery, hiking, cooking and baking, and cuddling with her cat Mozzarella. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania.
Sarah Gonzalez Bocinski, Program Director, Economic Justice and Workforce Initiatives
Sarah works on FUTURES’ initiatives relating to economic justice and security, safety and gender equity in the workplace, and improving access to quality employment opportunities for survivors of trafficking and gender-based violence. Prior to joining FUTURES, she oversaw the Economic Security for Survivors Project, a national training, technical assistance, and research project at the Institute for Women’s Policy Research and Wider Opportunities for Women. Sarah received her BA from Colgate University and MPP from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
Carolyne Ouya, Senior Program Training and Technical Assistance Specialist
As a Senior Training & Technical Assistance Specialist at FUTURES Workplace & Economic Justice team, Carolyne focuses on improving access to quality education and employment opportunities for survivors of trafficking and gender-based violence. Prior to FUTURES, Carolyne served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Access Youth & Immigration Services, one of the largest victim rights and employment services agencies in San Diego County. Carolyne earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology & Public Health from Santa Clara University and is currently a masters in Marriage, Family, Therapy student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Amanda Briggs, Senior Research Associate in the Income and Benefits Policy Center
Amanda Briggs is a senior research associate in the Income and Benefits Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Her research focuses on the impact of technology on postsecondary learning, workforce development policy analysis and program evaluation, and employer involvement in education and training. Briggs received her bachelor’s degree in political communication from Louisiana State University, as a graduate of the Honors College. She earned a master’s in public affairs with a concentration in social and economic policy from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
Christin Durham, Senior Policy Associate in the Income and Benefits Policy Center
Christin Durham is a senior policy associate in the Income and Benefits Policy Center where she conducts research and evaluation and provides technical assistance for projects related to workforce development and the safety net. She holds an MPP from George Mason University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law School. She resides in Austin, Texas.

Sandra Diaz, MBA, Director of Economic Empowerment
Sandra Diaz was first connected with Restore when seeking help for a labor-trafficked woman that she met in her local church. Sandra co-founded the Trinity Career Network, through which she facilitated job search and career development workshops for formerly homeless women to corporate professionals. She helps clients position themselves as ideal candidates for jobs by drawing from her experience as a marketing executive at L’Oréal, Sears, Sara Lee and Colgate Palmolive. Sandra has a MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management and an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. She is an avid learner, connector and salsa dancer.
